Our mission is to prepare and strengthen Canada’s Business and Institutions for the next era of Digital Transformation, Defense and Security challenges through cross industry collaboration and open sharing of existing and advanced research on Disruptive Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) technologies.

Our mandate is to help Canadian Industry develop and deliver disruptive Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), awareness technologies to increase the security and resiliency of the Canadian digital ecosystems and Critical Infrastructure through improved technical, social, and regulatory solutions.
